Terms of Service

These Terms explain how JESUSWW may be used, what users are responsible for, how content ownership works, and the limits of the service.

JESUSWW is intended to support Scripture exploration, prayer, reflection, devotional growth, and discernment. It is not a replacement for professional, emergency, medical, legal, or counseling services.

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using JESUSWW, you agree to these Terms of Service. These Terms apply to your use of the JESUSWW website, application, features, services, and related tools.

If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use JESUSWW. Continued use of JESUSWW means you accept these Terms.

2. Purpose

JESUSWW is designed as a Scripture-centered and faith-based platform that supports spiritual reflection, learning, prayer, devotion, and discernment.

JESUSWW is intended to provide:

  • Scripture exploration: helping users search, reflect on, and engage with Scripture.
  • Prayer assistance: helping users form prayers, record prayer reflections, and journal spiritual concerns.
  • Devotional resources: providing structured devotional content and faith-centered reflection prompts.
  • Reflection tools: helping users process thoughts, concerns, spiritual themes, and personal growth.
  • Discernment support: helping users examine situations carefully, separate facts from assumptions, and respond with wisdom.

JESUSWW is not a substitute for:

  • Medical advice: JESUSWW does not diagnose, treat, or provide medical instructions.
  • Legal advice: JESUSWW does not provide legal representation or legal conclusions.
  • Professional counseling: JESUSWW does not replace licensed therapy, pastoral counseling, or professional mental health care.
  • Emergency services: JESUSWW should not be used during emergencies. If you are in immediate danger, contact emergency services.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use JESUSWW and for the information you choose to enter, save, sync, export, or submit.

You agree not to:

  • Use JESUSWW unlawfully: including any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, or rights of others.
  • Attempt unauthorized access: including attempts to access accounts, systems, databases, or information that you are not authorized to access.
  • Upload malicious content: including code, files, links, scripts, or materials designed to damage, disrupt, or compromise systems.
  • Interfere with platform operations: including actions that overload, disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or impair JESUSWW services.

You also agree to use good judgment when entering sensitive information. Do not submit passwords, payment details, or information you do not want stored or reviewed.

4. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the personal and spiritual content you create, enter, save, or submit through JESUSWW.

Users retain ownership of:

  • Prayer journals: prayers, prayer notes, and personal prayer reflections.
  • Reflections: personal thoughts, spiritual notes, and saved reflections.
  • Discernment notes: patterns, observations, wisdom reflections, and discernment entries.
  • Personal submissions: saved chats, feedback, prompts, and other information you choose to submit.

By using JESUSWW, you grant JESUSWW permission to store, process, transmit, and display your content as necessary to provide the service. For example, this allows JESUSWW to save your prayer journal, restore chat history, sync Scripture history across devices, and display your saved content when you are signed in.

JESUSWW does not claim ownership over your private spiritual content.

5. Availability

JESUSWW services may change over time. Features may be updated, improved, paused, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time.

We may perform maintenance, modify features, adjust storage behavior, improve security, or change how certain tools work. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain a reliable experience, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of Liability

JESUSWW is provided "as is" and "as available" without guarantees of uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific spiritual, emotional, legal, medical, educational, or personal outcomes.

JESUSWW is intended to provide supportive reflection and faith-centered tools, but users remain responsible for their decisions, actions, and interpretation of any information received through the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JESUSWW is not liable for losses, damages, interruptions, data loss, account issues, reliance on generated content, or consequences resulting from use or inability to use the service.

7. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access to JESUSWW if an account or user activity violates these Terms, creates risk, interferes with platform operations, or misuses the service.

Users may also stop using JESUSWW at any time. Some locally stored data may remain on your device unless you clear it. Some cloud-synced data may require additional steps to remove from server storage.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated periodically as JESUSWW grows, adds features, changes services, or improves security and privacy practices.

Continued use of JESUSWW after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms from time to time.
